Generally speaking, all of our products come with a guarantee against factory defects. While it is our goal that the customer be completely satisfied with their purchase from, we will happily facilitate a return on any full-priced item (in original condition and with original container) within 30 days of receipt. We are very sorry, but no worn or altered items, items purchased on clearance, or shoes without their original box or container may be accepted as a return. All must be in its original condition.

Free shipping of items from to you applies to any qualifying items you would wish to receive as an exchange for your return; however, shipping and handling fees for items being sent back to the company for return or exchange are non-refundable, and COD's for them cannot be accepted. Return postage must be prepaid. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be received and processed. If you choose to use a different method of delivery from the US mail service or UPS, we heavily recommend using tracking information to be sure your package has been delivered. It is recommended that you insure your return shipment, as if we do not receive the items, we cannot give credit for them.

Call our store line (1-877-CLOGS77) if you've lost your packing slip and we will assist you by searching for your order and providing you with information you need to include with your return. This information will include your order number, which you will need to include with your package.

If your item was damaged in transit or you were shipped the wrong item, please call our store line at 1-877-CLOGS77 and provide us with your order number, name, address, and the details regarding the item you ordered and the item that you received. The requested item will be shipped immediately provided it is in stock and you may follow the return/exchange instructions to ship the item you received back to us. While your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, it will be refunded once we receive the item.
